The reimbursement fee must be collected and indicated in the MF

(Miscellaneous Fee field.

Failure to comply with this requirement in the reimbursement handling will be subject to possible ADMS.

In cases of reimbursement of airport taxes ONLY, the fee of 18 Euros also applies.

The fee does NOT apply in the following cases:

Corporate Fares (those containing KO, K1, K2, K3, -QQ- in the Fare Basis)
